Join runners & walkers around the globe in this free 20 in December Challenge. The challenge is to commit to at least-20 minutes of exercise every day through the month of December. This holiday season always feels like our days are busy and we have more to make excuses for. Minimum of 20 minutes of running, lifting, yoga, walking, whatever exercise you choose, is DOABLE. You don’t have to do it all, you just have to do something. Change it up and let's do it together!

This Challenge is open to everyone, runners or not. You don't have to run every day if you don't want to!

Why 20 Minutes a Day?

The American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes of physical activity a week which is a little more than 21 minutes a day.

Choosing another exercise other than running (cross training) can help reduce your risk of injury, maintain endurance while injured or on a break from running, grows your motivation & love for running, and more.
