June 1 is GLOBAL RUNNING DAY! This day makes me so happy as it brings the running community together every year. Whether you run 1 mile or 50, this day is for you & you deserve to celebrate every mile and run.
For the month of June, commit to your choice of total miles to run/walk anywhere, anytime. Each week you will receive an email from me talking through some of my best tips and tricks for running happy + all the encouragement!
Your registration is a donation that will go directly to Back on My Feet. Back on My Feet combats homelessness through the power of fitness, community support and essential employment and housing resources.
